US Recycling is western Nebraska’s premiere recycling center striving to promote a cleaner environment by reducing the amount of materials that are introduced into the landfills and road side ditches.

US Recycling is now a division of Columbus Metals.

USR collects and processes plastics, papers, newspapers, cardboard, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  USR also provides volunteer hours for household hazardous waste collections, electronic waste collections, tire amnesty events and the city-wide clean up in Ogallala and surrounding communities.  USR provides free recycling to the public, recycling collection containers around Ogallala and provides a recycling center for various communities’ recycling programs.

 

USR is very active in the Keep Keith County Beautiful and Keep Sidney Beautiful organizations.
